Caroline is an accomplished professional with a diverse and dynamic career. She earned her MBA from Georgetown University, laying the foundation for her success across multiple industries. Caroline began her journey in the medical device sector, where she honed her strategic and analytical skills. Her path then expanded into financial services, working both domestically and internationally, where she navigated complex markets with a keen eye for innovation.

As an executive at a manufacturing company, Caroline led transformative initiatives, demonstrating her ability to drive organizational growth and efficiency. Most recently, she has turned her expertise toward consulting with start-ups, offering strategic guidance to emerging businesses and fostering their potential for success.

Having been educated on four continents, Caroline is a lover of languages, which deepens her ability to connect with people across cultures. She is an avid golfer who finds joy on the greens.
